If you think of France – I bet you think of fresh bread, macarons, colourful beach huts, romance, bistros, fashion, art, wine, cheese… (delete, add as necessary…)

I love France. I love the style, the food, the lifestyle, the boot sales (vide greniers) , the beaches, the architecture…

I have sketched around Brittany and other North France areas extensively as I visit most summers to see my dad and step mum. It’s like Cornwall, but not as full!

I also adore (ha ha) Paris and my Eiffel Tower twinkly painting (it’s studded with fairy lights so it sparkles like the real thing) is my love letter to my favourite city. I hope to do more artwork from my dog-eared sketchbooks with compositions ready to scale up…
